Project Overview

Clients were looking for a true European Modernist Flare of Bauhaus Architecture, yet also maintain some aesthetics of the neighborhood and adjacent property roof lines.

Design was started from initial bubble diagram from client and gradually modified with addition of program, site restrictions, budget considerations, family needs, and design aesthetic.

Western Shore Modern

Modern / Contemporary custom home over 6,000 sf, currently under construction in Maryland.   The clients primary residence was overseas and was about to be transferred back to the area.  Our project management skill were as important to the client as our design ability.
